Responsibilities:-
❖ To maintain the relationship with the existing buyers and also develop new buyers for the different wood timber and panel products of PVS (Malaysia, China, Romania and Brazil), Pollmeier (Germany), Wijma (Africa), Jolly board (India) in all the emirates of United Arab Emirates.
❖ To ensure that all the targets for the month, quarter and annual are met in terms of different products.
❖ To report to the management the different market news and also the updates in terms of the buyers.
❖ To understand the requirements of the buyers and offer different products on the basis of their requirements and close sales and maximize the revenue.
❖ To provide training to the new joiners on different products and drive sales through them.
❖ To develop \[p new marketing strategies to increase the sales volume.
❖ To make sure that there are regular visits to all the buyers across the UAE. To address all the enquiries are addressed on time.
Achievements:-
❖ Ensured that all the different products and different sizes were understood within the joining month and also the process and flow of the business were understood, Management appreciated for the same.
❖ The total sales volume in Q2 for 2012 grew by around 26% for the UAE market when compared to Q2 in 2011.
❖ Increased the market share for the company for Malaysian Commercial Plywood in the UAE market and made a record sale in Q2 of 2012.
❖ Coordinated with Pollmeier German Beech Company and increased the sales for the product and introduced new buyers for the product in the market.
❖ Ensured that all the targets monthly and quarterly are met as per what is set by management in the last six months.
❖ Understood the different locations across the different Emirates and got an idea about the UAE market.
April '10 to September 2011 with Zee Learn Ltd, Bangalore
As Regional Manager; Reporting to Divisional Head
Responsibilities:-
❖ Franchise Development of Kidzee, Zee schools and Zica.
❖ New Market study and Region Profiling
❖ Implementation of Suitable media strategy for lead generation
❖ Initiating dialogues with Existing trusts, Societies and Cos.
❖ Designing the marketing Strategies for new Centers and also for enrolments in the centers.
❖ Sign up of the desired number of franchisees of Kidzee's and achieving the target number of enrolments For Kidzee, Zee School and Zica in Karnataka and Kerala
❖ Site inspection and site approval, marketing plans, recruitment of faculties, training and ensure that the centers are operationalized on time,
❖ Providing marketing and technical support to the centers in Business Development and increasing enrolments.
Achievements:-
❖ Created a new market for Kidzee in Kerala which was a virgin territory till then, now having a tally of 23 signed up centers of Kidzee's and one ZICA in Kerala in the FY 2010-11 Has been awarded with ESOP performer of the year award for the excellent performance in the Year 2010-11
❖ Part of the South Zone team, which was the best zone Pan India for the FY 2010-11
❖ Part of the SAT team which won the award for the best business vertical for the year on year growth for FY 2010-11
❖ The first RSM pan India to sign up a franchisee in the shortest time from the date of joining. Still holding the record.
❖ Got a 10% hike in the CTC during the month of January for the outstanding performance in the Half yearly appraisal.
❖ Kidzee Champ Pan India for the month of May.
❖ The best marketing strategy in the zone award during the month of august 2010
❖ Was able to hit across the target no's in every month in terms of sign ups and enrolments.
❖ Pan India record holder for the highest number of Kidzee signups in a month in their respective region- i.e. eight Kidzee signups during the month of December 2010.
