• Updating Stock
• To maintain proper records.
• Creates and Receives Orders
• To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.
• To ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
• Purchase the materials from suppliers
• Maintain the Stock in ERP system ( Oodoo)
• Transfer the materials to Branches and Central Kitchen with ERP transfer system.
• Monthly and Yearly Inventory
• Cost Controlling
• Site Management
• Control of 10 Contractors on site
• Organization and control of outside (external) sub-contractors (ie, steel works, joiners, painters, Plumbers etc.)
• Updating UK project manager with photos, reports, telephone calls, letters and emails.
Presenting works complete to the clients representative
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
• Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control with ERP system.
Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
