Calling through extensive databases in order to build rapport and bring properties onto the market.
Meet with property owners/developers to build close relationships.
Act on behalf of buyers to find them a new home for either themselves or for investment purposes.
Show clients around properties.
Drafting sales contracts in order to complete property transactions.
Match clients needs and requirements up against the cost in order to close the deal.
Key skill in negotiation and objection handling in order to close a client sale.

Consistently exceeding business targets for personal training sales.
Quality control of dangerous and harmful chemicals for the pool plant room.

Aviation qualifications / training
Certificate in fuel quality control
Fully trained in all service vehicles, including re-fuelling tanker, tug, de-icing rig and toilet and water to name a few.
Operation of hangar doors
Full Aircraft maneuvering area license
Unrestricted access to all areas
Fully trained in baggage handling and loading onto aircraft hold
Basic fire training and emergency procedures
11 GCSE’s at grade C or above including Mathematics, English and Science.
