 Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and friendly environment within the office.
 Building/binding of key management reports, management of photocopier, faxes and scans, courier dispatching among the company following GP’s Office directives and confidentiality requirements.
 Service of Food & Beverage to GP’s numerous VIP visitors and staff maintaining a personalized record of each and everyone’s desiderata, needs and customs.
 Attended regularly private events at H.E. Mohamed Al Jabber's palace.
