coordinates with company sales force, re: status of sales (i.e. Fitness Shop, Corporate Account etc.) and delivery and maintenance schedules;
oversee the effective and efficient delivery of services of the department;
coordinate/communicate with the Head of Office re: technical aspects and technological updates;
conducts ocular inspection of on-going projects;
recommend technical people for hiring as deemed necessary;
maintains client data bank;
assists the management in concept design information dissemination;
reports to the immediate supervisor any discrepancies on on-going projects of interest experienced by the department and other matters to the industry;
assist the clients on their warranty claim, report to the suppliers any damages on supplied equipment and facilitate replacement thereof;
submits monthly status report on all projects
coordinate on importation schedules for the equipment
close and acquire maintenance contract for the department
