Develop Financial Strategic Planning, strategic plan, Annual Plan & Quarterly Plan updates.
• Monitor contract performance in the following ways:
- Prepare Actual versus Budget reports and analyzes variances.
- Prepare periodic forecasts for sales, cost and profit.
- Prepare Estimate to Complete on a periodic basis.
• Evaluate business proposals with complete analysis of economic impact on business.
• Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry and economic conditions for use in making decisions.
• Follow up and control the capital expenditure budgets allocated to the business unit.
• Arrange, observe and control the P&L, balance sheet and recommend action.
• Build and manage a comprehensive KPI's model (Financial & Business) in line with Company’s objectives and captures all relevant info needed to manage the business.
• Prepare operating budgets based on previous figures or estimated revenue and expense reports.
• Collaboration with shared service teams, accounting firms and external auditors.
• Conduct financial reconciliation and audit the related invoices.
• Coordinate with CHBK team in Iraq, Tunisia, Morocco and Lebanon.
• Analyze financial data - and create financial models for decision support.
• Reporting on financial performance and preparation for regular leadership reviews
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis; identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
