Manage research projects from start to finish. Begin by planning and proposing the study according to client needs. Once the study is comissioned, I would then design the questionnaires, set the quotas, train the field, and prepare all other documents required for the study. Once the project goes through the field and passed to Data processing, I receive a data file that i then use to make the analysis and prepare the report. The last step is presenting the report to the client and making recommendations based on the findings.
-Conducted In-depth analysis of proposals made by competing companies to build ALJ's Loyalty program.
-Generated weekly reports of customer information accuracy from customer database.
-Handeled customer complaints.
Worked with a team Shooting and editing the American University Recruitment Video. As Multimedia students in the school of Architecture and Design at AUS, we rotated positions while shooting the college recruitment video. Depending on the position we were filling at the time there were different responsibilities. When assigned as a Cinematographer the responsibilities had to do with setting up the right shot for an interview while keeping in mind sound and lighting issues. When assigned as the Director, the responsibilites where more including location selection and directing other staff to complete the project. Once all the footage was shot we took turns editing parts of it to one master copy.
-Help students and faculty with Multimedia software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro.
-Front desk duties.

-Teach students how to use Pixels 3D Studio (3d Animation Program)
