Tune performance and ensure high availability of
Infrastructure.
Design and develop infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools.
Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex application and system issues.

•Managing groups and user accounts, installing and configuring Active directory, DNS, DHCP and assigning IP address to client host.
•Administered change management related server upgrades and software installations.
•Participated in complete system builds, upgrades, migrations, code deployment and patch management.
•Maintained technical knowledge in networking area: operating systems (Server and Pc).
•Provided technical support for hardware/software configurations and applications.
