• Design and Execute Infrastructure development projects under the Ministry of Agriculture
• Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Procure adequate resources within the budget
• Coordinate with stake holders and update project progress as the projects
• Call for tenders and finalize the main contractor for infrastructure works
• Lead the technical evaluation committee to finalize the contractor
• Monitor the project progress and advise the contractor with possible ways to improve the progress
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of services performed, profit, and budget information.

• Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, quality planning, installation of fit out and finishing works.
• Manage project within the budget.
• Accurately cost any changes in specification/drawings
• Manage Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process. (PPAP)
• Estimate Budget and manpower required for the project.
• Manage the key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Produce written reports and making effective presentations.
• Perform root cause analysis and solve problems.
• Independently determine approach and assign task.

Provide engineering inputs and solutions during all
phases of design development and implement process
• Prepare cost estimates, authority approvals, permit
applications, feasibility studies
• Manage site teams that are allocated for different type
of activities
• Ensure the quality control and quality assurance for
each and every tasks.
• Raise inspection upon successful completion of each
task
• Prepare handover documents for final approval
• Ensure the projects elements complete within the time

Oversee and manage to complete building activities
such as survey, setting out, masonry works, shuttering,
reinforcement and concreting
• Providing technical advice and problem solving at site
• Monitor the critical path activities carefully without
delay
