QUALIFICATIONS
* Evaluate vessels and corporate standards (HACCP, QA/QC, Flag State Requirements)
* Development/Implementation of Health, safety and quality training programs
* Implemented and obtained Certification for ISO 9001
* Regular audits/surveys of the (Integrated Health & Safety Management System) on
whole client’s fleet which includes FSO, jack-up drilling rig, DP class diving support
vessels.
* Conducted many condition & on/off hire surveys on offshore vessels, oil barge, in
coordination with surveying companies such as, Noble Denton, etc.
* Coordination of the development & execution of Health and safety Manual liaising with
and advising the Operations Manager, Project Managers, Camp Boss, Fabrication Manager,
Ship Repair Manager, Rig Repair Manager on matters related to HSE.
* Conducting HACCP/HAZID/HAZOP and LOPA Risk assessments
* Revue of project’s Environmental impact studies according to ISO 14001,
* Revue of regulatory safety cases (études de dangers réglementaire ),
* Review and approbation of hazardous area classifications,
* Developing of oil spill response manual,
* Working knowledge of: HACCP, codex Alimentarius, ISM Code, IMO, MARPOL, ISO
14001, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 : 2005, SOLAS codes and Standards.
* Annual inspections with Regulatory Agencies, Flag State, Port State, Class (ABS, Bureau
Veritas, Lloyd).
* Audit suppliers and sub-contractor’s Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) procedures.

* Experience Includes major projects: up-grading (mise à niveau), operations, new
construction, commissioning, modifications, and repairs .(Including Camps, offshore
galleys and accommodations in oil & gas platforms, MODU, oil barges, tankers ).
* Elaboration of project’s Quality bridging documentation ensuring alignement between
bridging documents from contractors to Company to customer,
* Management of Quality Control Engineers, Inspectors, Document Controllers, and 3rd
Party Testing/Inspection Company
* Managing HSE Officers/Managers and HSE revue with site Managers,
* Project Quality Report, develops the Project Quality Plan and monitor its implementation
through audit, Manages and coordinates all quality activities on site, including
assignment of quality personnel (QA/QC Engineers, QC Inspectors, Document
Controllers, and 3rd Party Testing/Inspection Company)
* Development, planning, executing & reporting project quality audit program
* Preparation of required preparation of quality documentation and HSE statistics
* Carry out accident/near miss investigations
