• Contribute to the overall engagement and support senior team members. Deliver quality and efficient outcomes by diligent and timely completion of work.
• Identify issues and opportunities; communicate to appropriate senior members of the team.
• Build strong professional working relationships with appropriate levels of client personnel and internal team members
• Assist in winning repeat business through excellent deliverables and client service; support in sales pitches.
• Informs the project manager how they are proceeding against deadlines.
• Keeps up to date on the organization’s risk management guidelines and .
• Follow up with the engagement mangers and give the final update to the operation management of the cash collection, Red WIP, ..etc.
• Notifies a manager or partner when it seems that a request is against KPMG values, standards and practices.

- (HRDF PROJECT):

Worked with a team on the project “Human Resources Development Fund” for around 2 years and 10 months. Responsibilities taken:

• Work-stream participant on small to medium-size projects or programs; provide administrative support on large projects
• Contribute to the overall engagement and support senior team members. Deliver quality and efficient outcomes by diligent and timely completion of work.
• Identify issues and opportunities; communicate to appropriate senior members of the team.
• Share learning and knowledge with team members.
• Build strong professional working relationships with appropriate levels of client personnel and internal team members.
• Assist in winning repeat business through excellent deliverables and client service.
• Provider Performance Management calls; (Conduct fortnightly calls with each provider to facilitate, monitor and improve provider performance).
• Provider Contract Review Meetings; (Bi-monthly contract review meetings with each provider to review in-depth all areas of their quantitative and qualitative performance based on reported performance data, IMF results and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) actions).
• IMF Development; (Update and enhance the Improvement Monitoring Framework (framework, templates, testing framework).
• IMF Site Visits & Reports; (Develop Site visit plan for IMF rounds & Carry out Head Office Visits, JPC Visits, and CRM NIN Reviews & JPCs and Head Office reports).
• Improvement Monitoring (Red Flags & PIPs); (Development of Red Flag reports for each provider following each round of inspections and identification of the required corrective actions. Monitoring of provider Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) via fortnightly calls and bi-monthly meetings to address the issues flagged).
• League Tables (Provider & JPC level).
• Customer feedback surveys.
• Supervising a team, train for the required tasks and follow up with them.
