- Ensure company standards as outlined in quality control (assurance) manual are effectively implemented.

- Reviewing customer reports to ensure quality and accuracy
- Developing and maintaining SOC policies and procedures
- Coordination between team members to ensure smooth operations

1.Report defects using a bug tracking database (MERCURY Quality Center).

4.Document and communicating fix success, failures, and status updates, as appropriate.
5.Execute test cases based on the product test plan.
6.Document and report all problems, and work to ensure problems are resolved adequately.
