Image logs include:
• FMI (Fullbore Micro resistivity Imager)
• UBI (Ultrasonic Borehole Imager)
• OBMI (Oilbased Mud Imager) and Dual OBMI
I worked mainly on structural and fractures’ analyses in Carbonate formations with basic paleocurrent determination in Sandstone formations.
Plus I was responsible of training a fresh out geologist (in Syria) for a new assignment in Kuwait.
Projects Performed and lead by me:
• 2005, Fractures’ analysis in Carbonates formations (IPR)
• 2006, Fractures’ analysis and in-situ stress determination within Carbonates formations (AFPC): (including: fractures orientation, density Mapping, minimum and maximum in-situ stress direction, and relating fractures system to stress and faulting over the studied fields”. The project increased DCS revenue, encouraged the client to perform another project by DCS in the near future, and pulled through work to other segments of Schlumberger.
• 2007, Basic sedimentary and paleocurrent determination in Sandstone formations (AFPC)

• Egypt, Cairo - 09 Oct to 11 Nov, 2004; borehole geology work (processing and interpretation)
