Accomplishments:
• Provided strategic leadership in setting the vision, mission for strategic development of the IT SMEs as well as across diverse scale enterprises using the available resources.
• Played a pivotal role in instituting and implementing the MCIT vision and achieving its strategic targets/goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Commanding all facets of Ministry strategy formulation and planning for special strategic projects and business development initiatives across the ICT sector.
• Providing strategic vision and business strategy consulting services. Establishing the strategic development initiatives, action plans, programs and projects to drive sustainable competitive advantage and profitability.
• Providing the First Deputy and the Minister data-driven insights/presentations/reports/studies relevant to the strategic development work of the ICT sector.
• Producing in-depth business intelligence to define gaps in business strategy and develop recommendations for action based on sound analysis and reporting to The First Deputy.
• Superintending The First Deputy Technical Bureau team & the strategic development unit team, transferring knowledge and helping them build the competencies required in order to deliver sustained and sustainable success.

-Developed the National Cloud Computing strategy and the National Digital Content strategy
-Developed the Sector Action Plan, Strategy Note and the investment opportunities for the Egyptian Economic Development Conference - EEDC
