- People and Communication: Managing all communications with speakers - from the time of recruitment through to the delivery of the event, and post event. Brief, manage and maintain communication with all internal stakeholders on event requirements, targets and deliverables
- Content Development: Creating original and thought-provoking content that reflects the needs of senior level executives. Ensuring all event programs and copy are written to a high level of accuracy and high quality
- Marketing: Developing event agendas and marketing collateral for the marketing and promotion of your events
- Project Management: Collaborating with internal sales, marketing and operations teams to project manage and create successful events
- Financial Management: Managing costs in line with the event budget - including potential speaker fees and travel and expenses
- Relationship Building: Networking and building successful relationships with industry thought leaders and subject matter experts
