•Checking daily Amadeus sales reports against E-Travel sales reports.
•Daily booking of cash receipts in Oracle Customer Account and respective set off.
•Booking of credit card Sales/Refunds (QNB/CBQ & NatWest) and set off.
•Posting the Expense tickets on E-Travel and ensuring the correct GL combinations.
•Checking Merchant Statements (QNB/CBQ & NatWest) to ensure all CC sales are collected.
•Checking Amex website to ensure all Amex sales are collected and respective credit notes are properly raised by CC team.
•Uploading the manual refunds on E-Travel and posting.
•Posting all Salary Deduction Sales/Refunds on E-Travel.
•Checking un posted documents on E-Travel on weekly basis.
•Reviewing Oracle customer accounts (Cash/CC) on weekly basis.
•Checking stock position on weekly basis.
•Preparing Summary Reports on monthly basis.
•Preparing Sales details on monthly basis and forwarding to SGS.
•Posting monthly journal entries in Oracle to close AR.
•Dealing with Treasury to clear the bank reconciliation queries.
•Preparing AR monthly reconciliations.
•Dispatching the documents to SGS on time.
•Dealing all Credit Card disputes.
•Verifying entries allocation to the relevant Oracle account as per QR chart of accounts.
•Research and reconcile all discrepancies.
•Adherence to company policies & IAPs.
•Dealing with Outstations finance cells regarding of deportee tickets or any other expense tickets.
•Dealing with Sutherland on queries and ADAs.
•Dealing with outlets and staff travel offices on discrepancies and ensuring same collected.
•Posting monthly journal entries in Oracle for FFP CRR to adjust the miles.
•Generating weekly void reports to Management.
•Preparing Invoices & Credit Notes for Companies.
•Debtor chasing.
•Filing, archiving & photocopying of invoices, statements and correspondence.
•Logging, investigating and resolving supplier invoices under query.
•Maintenance of old debt accounts.
•Supporting Management Accountants as required.
•Daily / quarterly management accounts preparation.
•Confirming that all dues more than 30days are settled as per company rule.
•Preparing Sales details on monthly basis and forwarding to SGS.
•Dealing with travel offices to provide authorities documents and LPOs.
•Clearing all un-posted on E-travel before closing of the month.
•Generating Weekly report to management about outstanding balances.
•Managing large quantities of data.
•Handling large volumes of invoices, credit notes.
•Checking Merchant Statements (CBQ) to ensure all CC&cash&cheques&transfer) sales are collected.
•Daily booking of cash receipts & CC in Oracle Customer Account and respective set-off.
