- Organizing: managing all Projects Needed Services & Prepare
Full and Accurate Installation of Drawings/Details.
- Supervise studying of all Tenders and make a Recommendation
for Selected Subcontractors and make Negotiations to achieve
the best Situation.
- Provides Technical & Administrative Information to Personnel
involved in a Project to ensure that Work Complies with all
Engineering Standards, Codes, Specifications and Design
Instructions.
- Following up with Projects Manager to Make Sure that the
deliverables of the project are met with quality and time,
Inspection and Supervision for all Execution Phases and ensure
Conformance to Design and Manpower Management.
Design the Heating System required for Swimming Pools, Resorts,
Hotels and Club’s Restaurants and Lockers.
- Monitor and supervise the Process of reviewing Architectural,
Structural, Electrical, Plumbing Drawings and Manage Changes
requests with Project Consultants, Supervise the Determination of
Estimated Cost and the required Budget for Different Types of
Projects.
- Direct the operation of cost analysis and execution phase and
follow site engineers and technicians.
