· Responsible for Setting the orders & following up on them after being released from factory.
· Responsible for all the related procedures required to facilitate the shipping, clearance, arrivalof
shipments to final destination.
· Planning the most appropriate route for shipment, taking into account the hazardous nature ofthe
goods, cost & needed shipping time.
· Provides weekly/monthly status reports for related shipments to have needed feedback
available any time.
· Coordinate with finance department for the accounts payable with Suppliers & Servicesproviders
for each shipment.
· In charge of stock control of cars new/used in addition to specifying their locations.
· In charge of filling securing the confidential related data to cost of products .
· Supervise & coordinate with subordinates for work flow to have smooth operations per timeframe
scheduled.
· After shipments are arrived to our bonded in charge of governmental procedure surveillance /

Coordinate with regard to the company`s imports of cars and spare parts with sales and
maintenance departments issued by the company and all related to the matters of clearance,
Customs and licensing, Linking the with sales staff.
• Coordinating with insurance companies regarding the insurance of cars, land and sea
shipments.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports
• Deal with ERP system & Update the status accordingly.
• Stock control to meet the need of sales and maintenance.
• Archiving files of vehicles according to the mechanism followed in the section.
• Conduct the necessary correspondence with the car exporters until getting the necessary
documents.
• Coordinate and Follow up purchase orders, get the best prices and best delivery times, then
follow up all transactions until completion of the process.

Check availability of items, services as preset business operating schedule stand time
table as well as with the warehousing.
• Arrange the best shipping model & Get the best price, transit time & service.
• Arrange all the needed with the Shipping Line.
• Issue all required documents & Follow up with the clearing agent for each shipment &
Track the shipments from the loading port till the arrival to the final destination.
• Finance Tracking & Invoice paying.
• Arrange with the final customer for any other requests & Finance Tracking & Invoice
paying.
