eReadiness system is a Tool for Oman E-government users to provide them with a self descriptive high level overview of the service information, with full fledged flexibility in the system administration.

The intended system provides a solution for e-Governments to help them in setting goals, assessing, tracking, and achieving the transformation of manual government services into improved and electronically delivered services.

This solution provides a unified pool for all government services, in addition to an assessment and measurement system that gives the ability to dynamically define all measurement areas and related questionnaire, in addition to keeping the history of all assessments done in previous periods.
The system objectives are:
•Help the Government to Maximize the Number of e-enabled services.
•Help the Government to decide on Services that should be e-enabled using KPI’s.
•Track progress of e-Enablement of the services.
•Track the cost saving for the services.
•Manage services information in all Governing Authorities and Entities.
•Flexibility for any future business need, regarding adding services, defining KPI’s and reports or defining services properties.

The system provides a secure electronic platform allowing smooth communication and network ties between the General Information Authority and the different Government entities. GESS also provides accurate statistics on data of entity services; which would include the number of operations performed electronically or manually, and can be presented in separate entity reports or as a whole government body report.

The project is made to the Ministry of Transport to upgrade its Web site and build a modern, interactive and state of the art Web portal, in order to establish an effective communication tool, for both internal and external purpose. The main objective of this project is to Provide Ministry of Transport with a web-based portal with State of the Art Internet and Intranet system components.
•Improve external communication by providing in a transparent way, information to the public and business related to the missions of the Ministry.
•Improve internal communication between departments and between Authorities under the umbrella of The Ministry of Transport and assist decision makers access the required information.


Vodafone bill cycle system
The project is made to automate the bill cycle by managing the execution plan of the bill cycle, it should be able to fully manage the scripts running in the bill cycle and maintain the bill cycle execution, configuration, scripts, parameters and notification handling, The current implementation of each bill cycle is handled by the operation team thorough following an excel sheet contains the bill cycle plan.
