Delivering outstanding customer experience and acquiring and optimizing MVCI customers through managing the performance of the Marketing team in order to exceed goals and maintain key performance indicators, whilst ensuring that quality bookings are made efficiently.
Coordinate marketing and direct sales activities and administration in a timely and efficient manner.
Input leads from all sources to Goldmine system, maintain and update it, export data from Telemarketers and Sales Representatives bookings from GM to CCSI. Production of statistical reports from the system packages daily, weekly, periodically and year to date.
Assist the Marketing Executive with the implementation of marketing programs. Receive and respond to correspondence Direct Mail campaigns and liaise with marketing companies to support local and regional marketing programs.
