 Ensure a pleasant experience for the costumer overall
 Manage overall coordination of showroom visitors
 Ensure all digital signage in the showroom is in perfect working condition,
is switched on is displaying the relevant content
 Cooperate with and support showroom staff
 Create customer profiles and update customer info and insight to provide
most current/relevant description of requirement
 Acts as the link between various functions within the showroom

services rendered and costs for those services, ensuring satisfaction at
every step of interaction.
 Uses all methods of customer communication, including online bookings,
phone calls, and in-person interactions, to schedule and book
appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and vehicle pick-ups.

 Checking the patient data (Patient Registration).
 Giving more attention for VIP and Emergency patient.
 Deal with patients in professional way.
 Deal with all work and patients problems and solve it.
 Answering calls and patient Queries.
 Admitting patients to all hospital departments.
 Scheduling patients with the doctors.
 Dealing with insurance claims and approvals.
