Roles and Responsibilities:
• • Recruit and Mobilize Key, Core and Support level candidates.
• Source resumes through portals, referrals, posting Advertisement and shortlist candidates as per the requirement.
• Good Experience in sourcing & shortlisting resumes such as Commissioning Engineer, Cost Estimator, HSE Advisor, Sourcing Officers, Project Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, Planning Engineer, QC Inspectors, Sourcing Officers, Logistic Supervisor, Construction Manager, Engineering Manager, Head Contracting and Sourcing, Head Logistics etc.;..
• Arrangements of PDO interviews for Key and Core level potential candidates.
• Forward employment letters to new selected candidates.
• Coordinate with the candidates for pre-employment medical and arrange for relevant documents for visa processing:-
Accepted Offer letters
Medicals
Passport Copy
• Communicate visa status to the selected manpower.
• Custodian of visa category.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies regarding selected candidates for visa processing and mobilization.
• Prepare weekly and daily mobilization report to the management.
• Prepare employment contract for newly mobilized candidates.
• Preparation of Final Settlement.
• Update and maintain employee mobilization status through ERP system.
• Arrange tickets for the Direct Hire Employees.
• Arrange Transportation and Accommodation for the employees.
• Arrange cash advance for new employees.
• Direct the new employees for company induction through QHSE Department.
• Orientation of new employees to concern departments.

• Engaged in Business Development of consulting IT Staffing in USA market.
• Extensive interaction with clients to understand their requirements for onsite consulting services, coordinating with the recruitment to mobilize the right resource.
• Ensuring proper follow up with clients, arranging, coordinating the interview process, taking care of delivery process till consultant joining the project.
• Preparation of monthly Performance Status Reports to Senior Management.
• Training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
• Trained 7 to 8 members on complete life cycle of US IT Recruitment
• Preparing & delivering presentation of new proposals to management.
• Worked different levels of contracts such as Corp to Corp, 1099, W2, Permanent.
• Good recruitment exposure to ERP packages such as Oracle Apps, SAP, PeopleSoft, JDE, JAVA, .NET, SQL DBA, Oracle DBA, DW Tools (ETL, BO, Cognos) QA, Business Objects, ETL, Embedded Linux, Main Frame, C++, Unix, Siebel and, etc..,
• Worked on various positions such as Software Developer, Programmer, Analyst, Team Lead, Architect, and project co-ordinator, Business Analyst and Project Manager in different skill sets.
• Recruiting via Internet job portals (Dice.com, Monster.com, corp-corp, ) direct phone sourcing, vendor network, referrals and expanded Internet sourcing
