Occupational Safety requirements. Working knowledge of IFMA - managing facilities management
service providers, transitions management, functionality of property management systems and

Property and Asset Management Services (PAMS) and act as the Facilities Management lead
overseeing the technical operations of the service providers. Budget control (Opex & Capex), OPEX and
CAPEX budgeting & management, financial forecasts and P&L’s, prepare and submit weekly, monthly,
quarterly and annual reports to the senior executive management, assist in the preparation of

procedures, procurement request for approvals, etc

updates.
Tenant coordination and tenant fit-out management. Design drawings (Concept, MEP & Architectural)
review and approvals
Ensure timely completion of fit out works and opening of retail/commercial outlets for business in
compliance with mall design guidelines and local statutory approvals.
Verifications and issuance of work permits and landlord NOCs for the tenant works.
Materials samples and technical submittals review and approvals. Ensure that the installations are in
line with mall design guidelines, authority standards including shop front and MEP.
Site periodic inspections; inspections of pressure tests, chemical flushing, gravity test, megger test,
ceiling closure inspections, fit-out inspections etc and approvals to ensure the quality of installations.
Inspect and evaluate the site readiness for merchandising and conduct final fit-out Inspections prior
opening for business. Verify the availability of documents for opening including, DM/DCD/DEWA
completions, maintenance contracts, pest control contracts, valid insurances, trade license, authority
approval certificates etc.
Team management. Team includes engineers, architects, specialists, supervisors, tenant coordinators,
and inspectors.
