delivery/fit out departments of the organization. Properties - Burjuman center shopping mall, Reefmall,
Group commercial, Residential & Retail properties, Burjuman Business tower and Burjuman
Residences.
 Portfolio includes 550+ retail units portfolio, 350+ commercial/office units portfolio and 2000+
Residential units. Includes (2 shopping malls, 24 Buildings, 36 commercial properties and Villas )
 TFM contracts management, Hard FM services management, Soft FM services management, Energy
management, Energy conservations and utility savings enhancement. Monitor and management of
Service Level Agreements (SLA)/Key performance indicators (KPI) achievements. Monitoring and
Management through CAFM systems, helpdesk. Experience in working directly for and on behalf of
Landlord. Condition surveys, risk assessment and management, Crisis management. Knowledge of
Occupational Safety requirements. Working knowledge of IFMA - managing facilities management
service providers, transitions management, functionality of property management systems and
interfacing with stakeholders and tenant.

overseeing the technical operations of the service providers. Budget control (Opex & Capex), OPEX and
CAPEX budgeting & management, financial forecasts and P&L’s, prepare and submit weekly, monthly,
quarterly and annual reports to the senior executive management, assist in the preparation of

compliance with mall design guidelines and local statutory approvals.

 Materials samples and technical submittals review and approvals. Ensure that the installations are in
line with mall design guidelines, authority standards including shop front and MEP.
 Site periodic inspections; inspections of pressure tests, chemical flushing, gravity test, megger test,
ceiling closure inspections, fit-out inspections etc and approvals to ensure the quality of installations.
Inspect and evaluate the site readiness for merchandising and conduct final fit-out Inspections prior
opening for business. Verify the availability of documents for opening including, DM/DCD/DEWA
completions, maintenance contracts, pest control contracts, valid insurances, trade license, authority
approval certificates etc.
