With my previous sales associate role at Holdal Abou Adal Group for four years in a multicultural environment at Beirut Duty-free, I communicated directly with customers and built a strong and efficient relationships with them. In addition, I monitored the due time of the e-learning courses for the employees.Also, I excelled at remaining calm under pressure and staying focused on the timely completion of the total sales, KPI’s and other sales statements related to employees and the shop.
I was responsible for the visual display of the new collection. Also, I followed up the e-mails from the company on daily basis. In addition, I trained new joiners. Moreover, I worked with Microsoft AX and POS.
