Highlight: I took part in planning and organizing a motivational seminar with Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon in Kings Academy (November 10th, 2016);
- I was responsible for planning and organization of a wide range of Kings Academy activities and events, carrying out required pre-event & post-event tasks including but not limited to procurement, dining, logistics, on site management, sponsorship and etc.
- I coordinated a team of people from purchasing, dining, operations and communications departments, in order to create synergy in fulfilling all individual requirements of the event principal.
- I developed Kings Academy annual events calendar on School Dude System, in coordination with Academy staff, members of faculty and students, making sure all events are planned in timely manner and executed successfully.
- I planned and executed, together with School Chef, monthly school menus, followed up with the operations and communications departments to make sure new menus are published and implemented successfully, while also monitoring student and staff feedback.
