Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations (24 branches worldwide). Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.

- Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, and conservation of assets.
- Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, salary updates, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry.
- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
- Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
- Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
-Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
- Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
- Establish and implement short- and long-range company goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the company's goals and objectives

 Planed, assigned, coordinated, and supervised the work of the accounting department.

 Overseen treasury, accounting, budget, tax and audit activities of the organization and subsidiaries.
 Overseen financial and accounting system controls and standards
 Ensured timely financial and statistical reports for management and Board use.

As a Commercial Manager:
Managed more than 100 people under the umbrella of the Customer Relations and Sales as well as the Customer Service & Operations divisions in all operating countries: Lebanon, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Iran, Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa. Main areas of focus include:

 Plan:
 Set and apply the commercial strategies, budgets and forecasts per country.
 Set specific targets per period per team member.
 Plan advertising / promotion campaigns.

 Identify:
 Identify global risks and opportunities.
 Identify niche and new markets.
 Hear the voice of the customer to select the best product and service concepts.
 Analyze and monitor competitor’s move.
 Identify Deciders, Approvals, Influencers and Gatekeepers of Titanium accounts in order to bond with them in alignment with meeting the company’s budget.

 Design:
 Design and apply Total Quality Management principles where the first application yielded, in less than six months, a better customer satisfaction translated into a better turnover.
 Set the company commercial policy.
 Develop a thorough base of knowledge about the product or service and its process.

 Measure:
 Assess external and internal customer wants and needs.

 Optimize:
 Achieve a balance of quality, cost and customer satisfaction.

 Verify/ Validate:
 Demonstrate that the product and /or process satisfies the internal and external requirements.

 Special Assignments:
 Fulfilled the role of business development Manager in the UAE and succeeded to increase the company’s turnover in the United Arab Emirates by 32.5% in one year.
