Informing clients about the mandatory requirements in order to process visa.
Ensure that all of the information provided by client is accurate and appropriate, verifying all documents so as to avoid any discrepancy.
Maintain database of clients details and update it as required.
Assisting clients for the entire procedure in order to obtain visa which includes form filling, blocking hotels, air tickets, preparation of documents, taking an online appointment at the visa application centre, tracking application, and informing about the visa status.
Determine customers needs and preferences such as schedule and costs.
Diagnose clients specification, excursion and accordingly suggest suitable services.Follow up with clients as and when required.
Verifying gross and net salary, eligibility for mortgage, product applied, term, maximum lending.
Sending offer/rejection email's to brokers, intermediaries, applicants as and when required.
Suggesting better ways and applying discretion, if applicant fails any criteria, considering all records.
Verifying documents such as bank statements, pay slips, cibil record, deciding whether the applicant should be given mortgage or not, based on past financial records.
Answering calls, responding to customer's emails, and helping them resolve their issues by providing them with the accurate solutions.
Processing request for credit card application.
Processing request for loans.
