· Act as the Group Finance Controller first point of contact with people from inside and outside the group
· Provide general secretarial / administration support to the Group Finance Controller and to the Managers of all departments under his supervision (Accounts Dept., Credit Dept., Inventory Control Dept. IT Dept. )

· Coordinate with other PA, Office Managers of the Chairman, Vice Chairman and GM for common meetings and events .
· Liaising with other staff of the company, suppliers, banks and clients etc.
· Responsible for answering & screening telephone calls & face to face inquiries.
· Arrange for appointments external / internal meetings with client, bankers, Managers ... and Arranging for business and personal travel and accommodation
· Arranging for the business trip of Manager and other members of the department to attend seminars trainings...(Ticket, Hotel booking, registration and payment for trainings ...) with best option of prices and service
· Updating The ED calendar and contact list
· Create and follow up of purchase orders, expenses claims, invoices
· Maintaining and enhancing the working environment of the department.
· Carrying out routine administrative duties like photocopying and filing, scanning, faxing, etc.
· Writing reporting, minutes of Meeting and briefing papers and making presentations.
· Preparing, letters, internal memos, correspondences ...
· Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post.
· Producing board meeting papers, agendas, projector and facilities for meetings.
· Promoting a professional image of the company.
· Responsible for stationery acquisition including periodicals and subscriptions.
