QATAR Metro Project, Red, Green, and Gold Line underground stations plus Major station. Doha
 The Doha Metro is the most prominent and visible project. It will serve both the capital and the suburbs with all major locations within easy and convenient reach. Most of the Doha Metro lines will be underground, so tunneling plays a major role in construction. Using specialized equipment known as tunnel boring machines (TBMs) to dig the underground sections. This means that there is very little disruption to life on the surface.

These lines are expected to be open to the public by 2020. The future phases involve the introduction of an additional line (Blue) and the expansion of the existing ones, with more than 60 additional stations and the first expansion will be completed by 2026.

 My Duties as Technical Material manager is to secure the approval of all materials used in the project and make sure that it will fit the requirement of the client, plus the full coordination with the Design team and the procurement team to make sure that the material is approved are agreed with design and procured properly.
