Tasks and responsibilities:
* Managing 100 female employees a beauty salon * Setting job descriptions for positions. * Negotiating and Closing deals with recruitment agencies in Albania, Turkey, Belorussia, Romania, Lebanon, Tunisia, Egypt and Morocco.
* Organizing Job fairs and travelling to different countries for interviews. * Responsible of Final Interviews with the shortlisted candidates. * Initiating offer letters and visas process documents. * Responsible of the employees/ new joiners’ accommodation.
*Stay up-to-date on new trends, new hits and up-coming brands by continuously reading fashion magazines, surfing sites and monitoring international markets
Buyer:
*Travel on buying trips to attend showrooms, meet with suppliers and assist in placing orders; follow up on orders, payments, respect of budget assigned, negotiate terms of contract etc
* Prepare buying budgets depending on past seasons sales
*Perform the buying depending on budgets and consumer demand
