• Manage the post contract award administration and commercial activities associated with multiple contracts to ensure contractor's performance and deliverables meet project and Company, including change order process, monthly payment process, and correspondence.
• Utilized Ariba, e-Sourcing and Procon through lifecycle of contracts.

• Work with managers from other areas and their teams to contribute to the development of contracting strategies, plans and tactics.
• Directs and coordinates Post Contract awarded activities for the various contracts on 3GP, including managing change orders, monthly payments, correspondence;

• Receiving, dispatching and filing of all technical and nontechnical documents in and out of the office.
Maintain the full flow / control of documents as per standards;

• To conduct inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installations.
• To conduct inspections for all electrical material deliveries.
• To attend all electrical inspection with client/contractor representatives.
• To submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site/project engineers.

• Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and drawings.
• Ensure that all equipments used are calibrated and with valid certificates.
• Assist the QA/QC engineers in preparation of the final handing over documents such as O&M documents, testing and commissioning reports etc.
• Preparation of testing and commissioning method statements in coordination with vendors, QA/QC engineers and project engineers.

Quality Control/Quality Assurance Engineer Assistant (Pipeline work)
• Inspections main and technological pipelines, pipes, casing and drill pipes, etc.;
• Work with the technical documentation and drawings, preparation of documents confirming the quality (the act of filling the magazines of general construction, pipeline, welding), in accordance with the requirements of SNIP RK, drawing QVD folders;
• Translation of technical documents;
• Checking of the welds (X-ray, ultrasound, visual-meter) main oil pipelines;
• Interpreting and evaluating of NDT Results, witnessing Hydro test, Pneumatic test and Post test Re-instatement;
• Ensure all pre-construction activities and qualification trials are witnessed and approved as necessary;
• Ensure the Inspection & Test Plan of each activity is fulfilled and “hold points” of the company are completed in due time;
• Supervision of Piping Fabrication, Welding, Mechanical and Painting jobs (Construction & Maintenance) in line with Project requirements;
• Repair follow-up, Conforming line check as per P&ID, NDT clearance, Punch List preparation, follow up of final completion;
• Identification of risks to the quality of work and the completion program, and associated solutions.
