• Executes a professional accounting function keeping up accuracy of general, revenue, and expenditure ledgers and subsidiary financial structures.
• Supporting Finance Manager in the generating monthly/yearly closings, report generation of weekly/monthly.
• Portfolio creation and analizing
• Optimizing revenue inflow by collecting receivables most on time to meet the budgeted expenses
• Reporting to the top management the receivable reports, aging reports, to take crucial decisions to filter the clients and to avoid bad debts.
• Uphold a good healthy relationship with clients, client representatives, and accounts teams.
• Reconciliation of financial ledgers and records; prepare financial statements and reports, general and subsidiary ledgers and supporting schedules; research and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare bank & Intercompany reconciliations and related posting journal entries for a variety of accounts.
