• Executing projects according to agreed contract terms at time of tender and within forecasted profit margins

Responsible for the creation of tenders, business orders and conducting sales support, technical and commercial negotiations for Equipment, Services and Solution business in Schneider Electric East Mediterranean (Lebanon, Iraq, Cyprus, Syrian & Jordan)
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Support: providing commercial and technical support to the field sales force in relationship with Services, Equipment and Solutions opportunities
• Transferring won projects to the execution team after reaching an agreement on the costing and final budget of won projects
• Tendering management: Preparing based on customers’ requests the technical and commercial offers, the internal tendering forms (CCS, Risk assessment, etc.) for Equipment, Services and Solutions, following Tendering process; managing with the support of colleagues and other departments all technical, administrative and contractual queries of the customer at tender level; negotiating the proposal in coordination with Sales and securing the order; Ensuring that risk provisions are taken into consideration at costing stage
• Coordinating with Sales, Product managers, internal Schneider entities (suppliers), external sub-contractors during tendering and execution stages
• Achieving an OI target on solutions
• Keeping records of all tendering documents
• Worked on BeitMisk, Waterfront city and several other residential and commercial projects
• Design of electrical layouts such as power, lighting and low current systems
• Design of panel boards and selection of cables using Ecodial
• Lighting design and lux calculation based on Dialux
• Design of risers and schematic diagrams for power and low current systems
• Coordination with mechanical, architectural and structural teams
• Selection of lighting fixtures and other electrical equipment based on client’s requirements
• Attending coordination meetings and follow up on ongoing projects
• Have maintained a GPA of 3.9 throughout all my college years • Have financed 75% of college expenses through scholarship
