Property Shop Investment responsible for complete
life cycle of employees, right from Recruitment of Manpower to Exit formalities. This responsibility
entails complete coverage of over 200 employees across various locations all over UAE. The role
encapsulates HR functioning of Property Shop Investment and it’s 5 leading subsidiaries. These
subsidiaries are in Energy, Pharma, IT, Food Trading, Oil & Gas sector in UAE .This position is
accountable for extensive administration of manpower basis UAE Labor Law. The major divisions of HR
this position is directly responsible for are:
• Recruitment & Selection
• Compensation & Benefits
• Onboarding & Integration
• Learning & Development
• Organizational Communication

. Recruitment & Selection
Had been responsible for hiring for both technical and support functions across levels which involved:
• Catering to Manpower plan for all three locations.
• Understanding position requirements from business & preparing job descriptions
• Sourcing CVs from various portals, consultants and networking,
• Carrying out initial HR screening round
• Scheduling interviews
• Conducting and administering various recruitment drives at Gurgaon, Noida, Raigarh and Nagpur.
• Managing entire recruitment database
• SPOC for Campus Recruitments carried out campus recruitment drive for two consecutive years
to hire two batches of 60 Graduate Engineers each.
• Constant communication with selected candidates
• Collecting and passing on the required documents to Compensation & Benefits Team for further
processing
4. Onboarding & Integration
• Constant assistance to the candidates who are offered to join.
• Resolving all pre joining queries and issues of new joinees related to resignation, resignation
acceptance, relieving, location details, relocation etc.
• Induction to the new joinees - about Avantha Group, Avantha Power, HR policies and Power Plant
familiarization.
• Carrying out all form filling formalities and documents collection.
• Scheduling the meeting and training sessions of the new joinees as per the customized induction
plan prepared for him/her
5. Performance Management System
• Managing the entire Performance Management System for all the three locations for performance
assessment since three consecutive years.
• Responsible for first level of normalization with business heads and administration of annual
increments for entire Organization including its subsidiaries. Proficient in excel formulas i.e.
VLOOKUP, INDEX etc
• Presentation of recommended increments, salary corrections, promotions to CEO.
