Involved in VAVE project for RVAC 12 kV RMU, Handling Enquiries, Type Testing the prototype in international accredited Laboratory, Design and Development of operating mechanism.
A. Enquiries
• Study of new enquiries and specification
• Preparation of BOMS for the enquiries
• Preparation of GA drawing and technical specification for the product.
B. Work orders
• Planning the project and project activities with the help of the bar chart so as to ensure that the project meets the delivery requirement.
• Controlling, scheduling and assigning tasks to engineers and draftsman.
• Designing the product with reference to the requirements of the customer.
• Assembling the product and in-house testing as per IEC standards before delivering the product to customer.
• Preparation of Operation and maintance manual for the product.
C. New product development
• Planning the project and project activities with the help of the bar chart.
• Controlling, scheduling and assigning tasks to engineers and draftsman.
• Material selection and process selection for the new product design in order reduce the cost of the equipment
• Designing of the panel and operating mechanisms ( which includes spring design, gear design, linkage design, interlock design to avoid maloperations and accidents, solenoid design etc...)
• Assembling the prototype and developing the jig and fixtures requires for easy and safe assembly of the product.
• Validating the prototype in international testing laboratories like KEMA (Netherlands) and CESI (Italy).
D. Internal auditor for ISO for the company
• Internal auditor for the company to ensure that the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 is properly implemented in various departments of the organization.
