•Prepares and draw a detailed and systematic flow of daily working schedule;
•Plan and design an effective marketing sales strategies required for Jeddah Markets;
•Led our sales team to achieve target through aggressive sales and marketing strategies.
•Devise and assist with sales strategies, special promotions and sales forecasts.
•Define and confirm customer’s needs and requirements for orders and deliveries;
•Prepare a thorough marketing research with emphasis on product developments including competitor’s products and prices;
•Manage and supervise the launching of new products to hotels, restaurants, catering companies, hospitals, supermarkets and other business institutions.
•Manage and supervise the entire marketing sales staff in their day-to-day activities;
•Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, annual sales reports and other sales statistics for the Marketing & Sales Manager;
•Monitor stock’s expiry dates in our cold storage and customer’s warehouse through our merchandisers;
•Act as a supply coordinator with other branches;
•Entertain and answer all customer inquiries regarding our products;
•Entertain all calls for the Department Manager and look after the sales department during his absence.
•Follow-up all customer accounts for orders and payments for collections;
•Provide and ensure customer’s satisfaction and quality services through proper coordination and close monitoring of orders for deliveries with other departments concerned;
•Perform other task that maybe assigned from time to time if it is required;
• Manage and follow the daily activities of my salesmen and helpers;
• Assists all sales staff in their day-to-day activities;
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly immediate plans if it is required;
• Develops salesman’s skills to reach and achieve the best and highest level of performance;
• Follow and check availabilities of stocks on a daily basis;
• Follow all competitors’ daily activities and what they have new in the market;
• Answer customers direct transaction and inquiries;
• Entertain all calls for the department manager and look after the sales department during his absence.
• Ensure that customers pay within their payment terms;
• Update of customer’s information on database;
•Represents the company for its sales operation to current and potential customers in the market;
•Define and confirm customer’s needs and requirements;
•Present and demonstrate company products to the customers and new clients;
•Follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity;
•Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers by visiting them and via telephone calls;
•Provide good service to ensure customer’s fulfillment and satisfaction;
•Ensure that clients is being served in time;
•Manage customer services through constant follow-up;
•Gather customer’s information and other data needed for market expansion;
•Entertain and answer customer’s inquiries regarding our products;
•Serve my customers during and after sales operations;
•Perform all the duties and responsibilities assigned to me with sincerity, loyalty and dedication;
•Responsible for the collection from the Outdoor/ Indoor patients.
•Cash counter billing work for all kind of medical check-ups.
•Handling day-to-day office & banking work.
•Checking mails, sending mails, follow-up mails.
•Handle data entry for new subscriptions, renewals.
•Typing documents, procurements of forms, scanning & mailing.
•Maintaining database & backups as and when required.
•Acts as a cash counter clerk.
•Performs other task that maybe assigned from time to time.
The course consisted of WINDOWS-XP, OFFICE-XP, Personality development and integration with all office routine.
