Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
Research through primary and secondary data to analyze the current marketing trends.
Creating productive business relationships with existing clients, managing single/multiple account.
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Participate & Attend international conferences to promote company's presence and focus on the great impact events and
trade shows.

Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site
inspections and written communication. Conduct site inspections & sales calls with the focus being the introduction of new
business for the KOD.
Build and maintain relationships with EMC’s, Corporate, Hotels, Hospitals & Airlines and retain business with KOD by giving
customers unique experiences.
Administration of all convention, incentive and meetings business with close liaison with client and Sales Department.
One Stop Shop for MICE.
Work closely with F&B associates to ensure all aspects of the event have been cost effective and serviced both clients and
KOD needs.
Monitor group billing accounts for accuracy and co-ordinate with Credit Manager, for delayed payments and ensure deposits,
contracts, and settlements are received as due.
Responsible for the successful orientation and induction of all new hires.
To ensure daily briefings and updating of each team member on all processes & organization related issues.
