• Maintaining online reservation system, Back office and Accounting database.
• Handling contacting manual of reservation system.

• Schedule daily works to technicians and customer support executives.
• Train IT team with new tactics to speed up productivity.
• Visit customer sites and build a good relationship.
• Network analyzing for customer sites as per there requirement.
• Correspondent’s works. E.g. Quotations, agreements.
• Purchasing Goods for IT Dep.
• Handling online customer helpdesk ( Telephone, Emails, Live Chat)
• Maintaining email servers online.
• Customer site support. E.g. Computer installations, ADSL Configurations, internet troubleshooting, software installations.
• Server installations & Networking.
• Product demonstrations.
• Maintaining customers service contracts and customer database
• Undertake all the inbound computer trouble shootings. E.g. Formatting & reprogramming, Virus cleaning, computer software & hardware upgrading, data recoveries & backup services, ECT.
• Computers assembling.
• Maintaining internal network.
• Maintain hardware stocks.
• Keep the workstation arranged and up-to-date.
