Key responsibilities as ARE MEP Infrastructure.
• Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE) for MEP Infrastructure works at Yas Acres (North Yas development) developed by M/s Aldar.
• Supervision of all electromechanical activities carried out by the contractor.
• Monitoring and supervising MEP inspectors.
• Ensuring all the activities are executed according to contract and as per project specifications.
• Reviewing technical documents and assuring highest quality of construction is implemented.
• Conducting MEP coordination and progress meetings.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress report.
• Liaise with authorities for approvals.
• Updating the management regarding progress and performance of the project.
• Resolving any technical issues related to MEP works.
• Verify and endorse contractor's claims in close coordination with commercial department.

- Project: YAS ACRES (NORTH YAS DEVELOPMENT).
Client: ALDAR.
• Supervised the design and execution of Electrical systems for Qatar Foundation’s Education City Project.
• Reviewed Shop drawings, Load Schedules, Single line diagrams, Voltage drop calculations etc.
• Reviewed material submittals for LV Switchgear, HV Switchgear, ELV Systems submitted by the contractor.
• Reviewed MEP coordination drawing and coordinated the installations at site.
• Handing over of the project to the entire satisfaction of the Client.
• Analyzes profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects.
• Ensures accurate invoicing and monitors receivables.
Identified "bottlenecks" and implemented new and improved processes and policies.
•Documented process flows and developed requirements for functional improvements and enhancements to maximize user engagement.

•Managed the Installation of Irrigation water filtration and mixer system for Dubai Municipality.
•Managed the Installation of Automatic Irrigation Controllers for Dubai municipality irrigation Department.
Opertation and maintenance of 110 KV substation .
•Supervised the installation of Capacitor banks in Substation.
