• Portfolio Management -Key member of team managing a portfolio of USD 2.3 billion, and Individually managing the relationship of USD 100+ Million with efforts to maximize revenue and profitability through enhancement and increase the utilization & cross sell, Segmentation, KPI Dashboard, Business Intelligence, Business Performance & Top Management reporting.

• Carry out Business Plans, writing (PPD’s & PCD’s) Product Programs & Test Programs & ensure Credit Risk Management as per Bank’s Risk Appetite, Manage coordination between Consultancies (Islamic Regulations Sharia’ a), Credit, Policy, Collections, Legal, Compliance, Audit, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, conducting UAT for product and campaigns to ensure smooth launch

• Strategic Initiative, Responsible for developing new line of strategic product, coordinating with Intra dept. SME/ Corporate Banking customers developing (Inventory/revolving credit/LC/LCR, Vendor finance & Fleet Leasing) & Private Banking Customer - Developing Tailor made retail asset product for UHNI and Private Banking customers, Responsible for Strategic tie-ups with Channel Partners, De-centralizing operations & setting up in house registration dept.

• Establish and operationalize the Retail Banking - Assets Team for Acquisition & Business Development for Retail Banking (Mortgage / House Loan, Personal Loan, Car Loan, Gold Loan, Liabilities & bancassurance Products) through DIRECT SALES TEAM, Branch Network Model.

• SME ( Working Capital, Trade Finance, LAP, Inventory Funding Business of Retail Banking & SME for North India Region, through Branch Network and Managing Direct team for SME Product, Inventory Funding / Working Capital ( Revolving credit, Commercial Vehicle/ Heavy Equipment, Business Loan, Loan Against Property.
Ensure customer acquisition in the SME Segment (Turnover: USD 1 MM - 10 MM) with responsibility to drive Sourcing, Underwriting and Portfolio Management as well as cross-sell of Banking & 3rd Party Product.

• Strategize Business Development model through Branch, SME, MME and Corporate Channel apart from Self Sourcing and through Business Associations

• Product Management - Manage to Enhance the available product & process (Inventory Funding), Generate New Income Stream Products,

• Launching Cross Sell Model & Ensure achievement of the targets by the entire Team in Asset Portfolio, Liability Portfolio through CASA Float, FDs and Revenue stream through cross sell of 3rd Party Insurance & Mutual Fund Products

• Managing Real Estate Portfolio - Tie up with Major real estate player and offer their products to our customers,

• Design a tailor made Retail Asset product for UHNI, Private Banking Customer within the Banks policy,

• Retail Programs and Product Management.- Location specific, segment mix penetration, planning and implementing joint promotion activities with dealers, Development limited offer for higher penetration, in Particular manufacturing for Product Mix, Strategies to sell other product with in umbrella of BANK

• Partner Relation and special tie up with - Manufacturers, Automotive Dealers & Builders, -

Responsible for cross selling other finance products to existing customers (Insurance, CC, PF, Investment, and mortgage) and generate revenue for Department.
