o Manage and record all accounting transactions
o Attending and preparing monthly aging report.
o Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
o Preparation of Invoices.
o Payment Certificate preparation and make it for submission.
o Monitoring accounts payables and receivables.
o Reconcile accounts payable and receivable statements.
o Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
o Maintain accurate and organized accounts, payable files and records.
o Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger.
o Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
o Control of payment orders and execution
o Ensure timely bank payments
o Preparing cheques
o Assist in processing vendor invoices and vendor payments.
o Booking Invoices (General, Salik & Traffic fines, etc.)
o Ensuring the timey and correct registration of all incoming invoices.
o Making GRN (Against LPO)
o Utilizing the full potential of Microsoft Dynamics 365 & ERP for efficient financial management.
o Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
o Collaborating with the finance team and other departments as needed.
o Providing support for senior accountants and finance managers.
o Accurately enter financial data into the accounting system.
