• Identifying customer payment problems and ensuring speedy resolutions
• Approving orders and ensuring the payment method as per credit policies
• Activating new customers and checking the payment as per the policy
• Setting up the terms of credit for new clients.
• Ensure Customer information is correct, including phone numbers and
addresses.
• Preparing and sending credit notes and invoices to the customers.

• Reconciling account issues and sending the unsettled invoices to the
customers.
• Issuing the calculation of the rebate as per the contract agreement and ensure
to share it with the customer.
• Consignment basis
• Insuring to provide the correct allocations for the payment received.
• Coordinate with Accounts department to ensure that the payment is allocated
properly.
• To support sales team and share with them the aging and target collection
monthly.
• Employee Clearance and follow-up on their accounts.
