Day-to-day outreach and follow-up to provide on-going social support to asylum-seekers registered at UNHCR.
-Observe, monitor and report updates and disputes from field to higher management.

-Provision of social counselling, with strong focus on facilitating and supporting positive relations -between asylum-seekers and refugees with local communities.

-Monitoring of the general context through regular field access and coordination to identify issues affecting refugees, hosts and inter-community relations.
-Monitoring and reporting progress and impact of activities according to the monitoring and evaluation schedule, including weekly/monthly reporting on progress of activities to the Community Service Supervisor.
-Ensuring that relevant monitoring tools for project activities are maintained and up to date.
Prepare relevant documents for the program’s training sessions including handouts, agendas and presentations.
-Drafting invitation letters, MOUs, background documents, prepare briefs and progress reports on the program.
-Translate documents and provide verbal interpretation (English to Arabic and vice versa).
-Liaise with the program’s partners and stakeholders including local civil society organizations, media institutions, political parties, women organizations and international organizations.
-Planning and organizing program events and training sessions and activities.
-Research information, news and resources related to civil society strengthening.
-Provide regular updates and analyses of media coverage on program-related topics and developments.
-Report on program activities and developments to program manager.
-Participated as a member of the International Observation Mission in Jordan’s 2013 Parliamentary Elections and By-elections.
