• Assist the HR Manager in all stages of the recruitment process, from responding to
enquiries; screening candidates’ resumes and job applications; conducting interviews and
shortlisting candidates for open positions; completing job offer paperwork.
• Welcome visitors to the office and assist them as needed
• Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing
work; answering the telephone; relaying messages
• Handle the logistics operations in coordinating with the supplier and the shipping
company to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments
• Create a summary report of the shipment for each store and provide it to the Store
Manager
• Communicate with the staff to deliver supplies for the stores and the office.
• Submit complaints, maintenance request and announcement for the mall.
