• Tenant Consultant
• Follow up with clients requesting apartment modifications
• Submitting the necessary drawings to the contractor (Partitions and Electro-Mechanical)
• Pursuing the work on site in order to deliver the apartment as per the requested modifications
• Follow up between client and supplier in order the finalize the tiling and sanitary selection as per typical or upgraded
• Prepare the related Variation Order upon upgrades - Marketing Consultant
• Approving on the marketing monthly schedule and suggesting new plans
- Sales
• Follow up with leads (From facebook, Website...) giving all the details related to the projects by email or phone call
