Leadership and Supervision
o Plan, organize, direct, supervise and evaluate services of the department. o Establish long and short range objectives of the department consistent with goals of the institution. o Supervise, maintain and update all departmental records (KPI's, Clinical Assessments, Monthly Accounts, Municipality Hygiene Logbook, etc.) o Supervises junior dietitian and outsourced catering company in carrying out nutritional treatment procedures to patients clinically and administratively. o Conceptualize diet charts for nutrition counseling of patients. o Coordinates the activities of the Dietary with those of other services. o Responsible for the professional development of the staff/s conducts performance appraisal of team member/s. o Ensures high quality services of the department.
