Key tasks for the role
In-Store campaign execution Execute marketing campaigns and retailer incentive programs in accordance with guidance (If not possible when working with retail chains, then provides visibility of execution)
Visibility Collect sellout information, availability of products and competitor information
Training Train the staff in-store
Deliver Experience Demonstrate Nokia solutions, activate services and operator data bundles, assist end consumers in troubleshooting their problems
Drive warranty Sales Showcase Nokia solutions to consumers, up-sell, improve Nokia ASP and assist in closing sales
On-the-job performance
• Presents a positive and consistent image as a Nokia Brand Ambassador
• Monitors the success of the Nokia Sales included in personal targets
• Builds relationships with the store manager/ staff to enable Nokia solution selling at the outlet
• Provides relevant Nokia TCO for retail POS (or other channel’s POS) in the assigned outlet to increase Nokia share and sell-out value
• Performs data collection and analysis to improve retail business planning
• Collects market intelligence data and provides Customers with relevant business intelligence to help drive sell-out
• Provides training and coaching on Sales excellence through brief, in-store “1-to-1” sessions
• Supports in-store staff in upselling with expertise in Nokia Solutions and on consumer knowledge
• Supports the maximization of store’s sell-out by selling and supporting sales in the store
• Performs as an “everyday Sales influencer” through formal and informal training
• Focus on Sell thru to drive warranty sales in-store
• Builds relationships with the store manager/ staff to enable Nokia solution selling at the outlet
• Supports the deployment of local Nokia campaigns
• Promotes Nokia offering through deploying and maintaining visual merchandising activities in the stores
