1. Picking calls from customer, listening to their queries and providing solution guided by the principle of customer journey that is politeness, empathy and reassurance.
2. Recording customers queries on database that require further assistance and engaging follow ups to ensure the customer complaints are addressed.
3. Up selling to customers about our services and products during the phone conversation to ensure awareness.
4. Processing rentals, maintain and update rental agreement files, contract and notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and inquire as to the expected date of return as well as process rental extensions
5. Selling optional services, resolving overdue rentals, servicing vehicles for customer rentals and communicating with drivers for customer pick-ups.
4. Offering further assistance by enquiring if the customer would like to know about any other information.
5. Asking the customer about how they are finding our services for feedback records sort to improve our services and products.
6. Balance money in counter drawers, retrieve amount of money collected during shift, complete deposit slip and place money in safe, review and submit various reports to supervisor.
