Provide technical support to end users in terms of computer hardware and software related issues, deployment of IT assets to new faculty by performing windows installation and image deployment thru DELL XACE system and other software and Microsoft update security patch.
Conduct basic network installation of switches and routers, network cable termination, install wall jacks and troubleshoot faulty connections.
Install, setup new programs and equipment to ensure all are functioning and maintain existing computer systems, multimedia projectors and interactive whiteboards.
Manage end users inquiry directly via phone or email for other related issues.
Create application documentation and user guidelines and conduct training to end users on how to use the new equipment like input devices and advanced communication devices.
Ensure functionality and updates of school online program like banners, blackboard system and other online exam to meet its requirements.
Support, monitor and check registrar’s online ticketing queuing system and other software needed.
Support and maintain cafeteria POS system in terms of server, network connection and computer hardware and software related issues.
Assisted student, faculties and other groups in lecture hall and operate other facilities like audio and video recording, video conference using Tandberg Technology and other IT concern.
Conduct IT assets inventory and recommendation for the faculty needs.

Supervise and handle technician to provide support on individual and corporate clients.

Computer system PC assembly, repair, upgrade and setup of operating system running on different windows platform include software updates and patches.
Conduct evaluation of hardware and software for possible compatibility issues.
Maintain and control inventory and purchase order. Conducts return merchandise agreement (RMA) in cooperation to other supplier and sub dealer.
