Answer telephone calls and answer incoming mails .
Responsible for permit application for the shop as needed .
Receive payment by cash, cheque, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. ❖ Issue receipts, refunds credits, or change due to customers. ❖ Count the money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change. ❖ Maintain clean and orderly check out. ❖ Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners. ❖ Keep posted the daily sales target of the shop. ❖ Greet the customers entering the establishments. ❖ Answer question regarding the store and its merchandise ❖ Help customers try on or fit. ❖ Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise ❖ Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which include greetings and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service. ❖ Recommend, select, and help to locate or obtain merchandise based on customers’ needs and desires. ❖ Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records.
